A Texas grand jury handed out 106 indictments for organized crime in May’s deadly shootout amongst rival gang members.

Nine people were killed and another 18 were injured in the May 17 attack at the Twin Peaks Sports Bar and Grill in Waco. 239 people were rounded up with 177 of those at the scene were taken into custody.

"We still have a lot of work to do. We will continue to do that,” McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna told reporters on Tuesday. “My office is dedicated, as is the team, to seeing that justice is done in all those cases.

The jury proceedings of the shootout has been placed under a gag order, preventing media from obtaining details of case.

Police say they recovered 480 weapons — 151 guns, knives, hammers, batons and brass knuckles.
