Judge denies motions to toss Penn State football coach sex charges
The judge overseeing the child sex abuse trial of former US college assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is denying a request to have the charges dismissed. The trial starts next week.
All 52 charges remain in effect, with opening statements to start on Monday.
The former assistant at Penn State University is accused of sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year span. He denies the allegations.
A jury was selected earlier this week.
