A nanny who worked for Sharon Stone is suing the actress, claiming the Oscar winner repeatedly insulted her Filipino heritage and sacked her after discovering she was paid overtime.
Erlinda Elemen's harassment action claims Ms Stone insulted her accent, religion and other aspects of her culture in the final months of her employment.
Ms Elemen worked for Ms Stone for four years and was promoted to head nanny. The star's publicist dismissed the claims as "absurd", saying Ms Elemen wanted to "cash in".
