Residents of Jakarta were forced to wade through flood-waters in the city’s central business district today.
At least four people have died and 20,000 forced to abandon their homes after the capital was flooded following days of heavy rain. A state of emergency has been declared by the Governor, Joko Wid-odo.
Two of those who died are said to be children aged two and 13.
