Women in last four and best of spirits

England's women have the luxury of playing their final Group A game, against Australia today, knowing their path to the World T20 semi-finals is secure. That does not mean, however, that there is nothing to play for in Galle. The winners will face New Zealand while the losers take on a West Indies side which strolled into the last four with a 10-wicket win over South Africa.

Charlotte Edwards' side's form has been equally impressive. On Saturday, they dispatched India, knocking off the 118 needed for victory with only one wicket down. No wonder spinner Holly Colvin is in good spirits.

"We are really confident," she said. "We have had a really good run coming into this tournament anyway, so to have three wins out of three – including our warm-up game – is great."
