Many players have wanted to throw things at Sergio Busquets.

The Barcelona midfielder has perhaps the greatest reputation on the continent for histrionics and simulation - acts that infuriate opponents.

So perhaps it should have come as little surprise when in the final minutes of Barcelona's win over Celta Vigo, infuriated at perceived time-wasting, Fabian Orellana picked up a lump of grass and hurled it at Busquets.

Yet whilst understandable, it was still arguably the most bizarre incident of the season so far.

With the soil and turf striking Busquets on the neck, the Barcelona player kept up his well earned reputation by beginning to drop to the floor in agony. Orellana was sent off for his well aimed throw.

Watch the incident below...

The victory for Barcelona moved them four points clear of Real Madrid once more after their rivals had closed the gap earlier in the day with a thumping 9-1 win over Granada in which Cristiano Ronaldo scored five goals.
