Welcome to The Independent's live coverage of the Champions League last-16 draw, where Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City will discover who they will face in the First Knockout Round.

Chelsea go into the seeded teams pot after topping Group G, and they are joined by a number of the best teams in Europe having risen to the top in the group stages. The seeded pot is made up by Spanish trio Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Barcelona, Bundesliga clubs Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, Portuguese side Porto and French league runners-up Monaco.

Both Arsenal and Manchester City go into the unseeded pot having finished second in Group D and E respectively, and as a result face a potentially tricky meeting against one of the seeded clubs. Joining the Premier League duo in the pot is German sides Bayer Leverkusen and Schalke, Italian champions Juventus, Ligue 1 winners Paris St-Germain, Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk and and Swiss side Basel.

The draw is due to begin at 11am, and you can follow all the build-up here.
