Chelsea loanee Lewis Baker scored a screamer for Vitesse Arnhem on Sunday to further enhance his growing reputation.

The 20-year-old has been at Chelsea since the age of nine, but like many Blues players, is currently away from Stamford Bridge on loan.

The agile midfielder, who has made an appearance for the England Under-21 side, is currently at Dutch outfit Vitesse on a season-long deal.

A regular in the Eredivisie side this season, Baker has been making an impression and during the league match against De Graafschap, scored his fourth and best goal for the club.

The ball fell to Baker outside the box following a corner and with one touch, the midfielder set himself up before curling the ball with the outside of his boot into the top corner of the net.

With previous loan spells at Sheffield Wednesday and MK Dons, Baker will be hoping to make enough of an impression at Vitesse that whoever takes over as manager of Chelsea this summer is open to giving him a crack at the Premier League club.
