Eden Hazard missed an early penalty at Chelsea as his terrible start to the campaign continued.
Jose Mourinho's team entered the match in the midst of a crisis having only won one of their first five Premier League games.
Mourinho made six changes to the team to face Maccabi Tel-Aviv and although Hazard had been under pressure because of his poor performances, he is yet to score and has just one assist this season, last year's Player of the Year kept his place.
The new look Chelsea started the game well and when former Blues defender Tal Ben-Haim made a mistake, Willian pounced, racing through on goal before being taken down for a penalty.
Hazard stepped up to take.
The winger had scored his first nine penalties in Blue before missing his last one against Crystal Palace last season - although he nodded in the rebound on the day Chelsea won the Premier League.
Hazard, never looking at the ball, stepped up... and blasted the ball miles into the stand.
