The abandoned game between Galatasaray and Juventus was completed today, with Wesley Sneijder's late strike separating the sides.

It means the the Turkish side advance to the knock-out stage of the Champions League while Italian champions Juventus are out.

The game resumed 32 minutes into the match after a snow storm meant last night's meeting had to be abandoned.

The conditions were not much better in Istanbul this afternoon, with huge wedges of snow falling from the roof of the stadium during the match.

However, it didn't put Sneijder off from scoring the winner in the 85th minute following a knock-down from Didier Drogba.

It meant Galatasaray moved above Juventus in Group B into second, while the Italians dropped to third and into the Europa League.
