Recently appointed Aston Villa manager makes three changes to the side that earned him his first victory as Villa manager in Tuesday’s last-gasp 2-1 victory over West Brom, with the two sides meeting again inside five days in the FA Cup sixth round.

Shay Given starts in goal in place of Brad Guzan, with Leandro Bacuna and Scott Sinclair also coming into the side in place of Alan Hutton and Christian Benteke, who is the notable absentee for Villa after picking up an injury.

Hutton misses out through suspension having been booked against the Baggies in a game that saw a nasty challenge on Saido Berahino go unpunished, although he did pick up his tenth yellow card of the season.

West Brom manager Tony Pulis makes two changes to his starting line-up as he looks for immediate revenge against Villa following the defeat last Tuesday.

Former Manchester United midfielder Darren Flecther is not included in the squad with Jonas Olsson coming into the defence, while goalkeeper Ben Foster is dropped to the bench following his calamitous mistakes in midweek which included giving away the match-winning penalty.

Boaz Myhill starts in goal, having started the third and fourth round victories over Gateshead and Birmingham respectively, although Foster did start the fifth round win over West Ham.

Line-ups:

Aston Villa: Given, Bacuna, Clark, Okore, Lowton, Cleverley, Westwood, Delph, Sinclair, Agbonlahor, N’Zogbia.

Subs: Guzan, Weimann, Sanchez, Gil, Grealish, Kinsella, Calder.

West Brom: Myhill, Dawson, McAuley, Lescott, Olsson, Brunt, Morrison, Yacob, Gardner, Berahino, Ideye.

Subs: Foster, Wisdom, Pocognoli, Baird, Mulumbu, Sessegnon, McManaman.
