England's home kit for Euro 2016 may have been leaked, with pictures posted online over the weekend purporting to show an ice blue design that will be worn by Wayne Rooney and co this summer.

Images of the Nike designed strip were posted on www.footyheadlines.com, a website with a track record of accurately unearthing new kits ahead of schedule.

The nearly all white kit in the pictures is notable for the ice blue design featuring on the sleeves and collar, a departure from the navy blue normally used.

Should the kit be genuine it would mean the England home strip features a lighter shade of blue for the first time since Euro 96. During that tournament on home soil, England reached the semi-finals before being beaten by Germany on penalties.

England go into Euro 2016 in confident mood after qualifying from their group with a 100 per cent record. At the tournament in France they will play Russia, Wales and Slovakia in the group stage.

In preparation, they play Germany and Netherlands in March, in which their strip for Euro 2016 will get its first run out.
