As is customary at the end of the season, awards are being dished out left, right and centre, with Liverpool’s Luis Suarez and Southampton’s Adam Lallana popping up more often than most others.

But what about those that have gone under the radar that deserve recognition, or the characters that made the season far more enjoyable due to their slip of the tongue?
