Thierry Henry has called on Arsenal not to do what Liverpool have done and go 25 years without winning the league.
The Gunners have not won the title since 2004, when they finished the season unbeaten.
Liverpool, who have won 18 titles, last won the English top flight back in 1990, when they won the old Division One.
"If I had said to you, in 1990, that Liverpool would not win the title for the next 25 years, you would have thought me very ill," the Gunners record scorer with 228 goals Henry told L'Equipe.
"I don't want the same thing to happen to Arsenal. It is now 11 years. This year, we are not so far away.
"Apart from the first leg against Monaco, they are going in the right direction but they without doubt dropped too many points at the start of the season.
