Alexis Sanchez has described his first season at Arsenal as “bittersweet” after the North London team failed to mount a serious title challenge or Champions League campaign.

Watch Sanchez sum up his first season with Arsenal here:

At a press conference ahead of Chile’s first Copa America match on Friday, Sanchez conceded “I would have liked to be in the Champions League final or to have won the Premier League title. I believe we have a bunch of skillful players so to not achieve more is disappointing.”

Sanchez may be disappointed with the team’s performance but the attacker flourished in his first season at Arsenal with 24 goals and 9 assists in all competitions.
