Cesc Fabregas poster at the Emirates is a 'disgrace' and should be removed, claims superfan Claude

Spaniard returns to Arsenal's home this weekend for the first time since departing in 2011

Posters of Cesc Fabregas at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium have been branded a "disgrace" and should be removed.

That's the view of 'superfan' Claude, who was filmed making the stance alongside his sidekick Ty for Arsenal Fan TV, ahead of Fabregas' first return to the Emirates since departing for Barcelona in 2011.

Claude points out that as Fabregas was seen kissing the Chelsea badge during their Capital One Cup celebrations earlier this year, he no longer warrants acknowledgement at Arsenal's home stadium.

There are two Fabregas posters at Arsenal's 60,000 capacity ground, with both appearing on bridges leading to the Emirates that bear the images of Arsenal's greatest players.

Fabregas returns with Chelsea this weekend as the top two sides in the Premier League clash. Victory for Chelsea would put them just a win away from the league title, whilst victory for the Gunners would keep alive their slim chances of winning the league themselves.

In the build-up, Arsene Wenger has called on the Spaniard to be shown respect.

"I want every player to be respected, and Cesc Fabregas when he comes to the Emirates on Sunday to be respected like he deserves," the Arsenal manager said.

"The regret I have is that he wanted to leave here. This club and myself had a very positive influence on Cesc's life, so I would be a bit uncomfortable to have to justify today why he is not here.

"I believe I would rather it was the other way around."
