Chelsea secured the Premier League title after the 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Sunday and Twitter users were on hand to have their say.
The newly-crowned champions have been top of the table since August but have faced criticism for 'parking the bus' in recent weeks as they crept over the finish line.
But not one of the Blues supporters in Stamford Bridge appeared to care as Jose Mourinho's men became champions of England for the fifth time in their history.
Here is how the internet responded...
Former Leicester City and Tottenham striker Gary Lineker congratulated he champions.
John Terry: "On behalf of everyone at Chelsea, we want to send our condolences to Rio Ferdinand and his family."
Our man Jack Pitt-Brooke had some nice words for Mourinho's troops.
The full-time whistle was greeted with the customary confirmation.
But the Vine footage of the players celebrating is, so far, the most popular tweet.
