Gary Lineker tweeted last night after Leicester City beat Premier League champions 2-1 Chelsea to go back to the top of the league that if the Foxes win the title he will present the first Match of the Day of next season in just his undies.

The Foxes went two points clear of second-placed Arsenal, and 20 points clear of Chelsea, after the victory at the King Power Stadium, and former Foxes striker Lineker just could not contain himself last night.

Lineker was also born in Leicester, and remains a big fan of the team he played for between 1978 and 1985.

The 55-year-old made the promise last night, tweeting:

His wife, Danielle Bux, replied:

Gary Lineker scored 95 league goals in his 194 league appearances for Leicester

The flying Foxes are next in action against Everton on Saturday, when they could go five points clear at the top of the Premier League.
