Huddersfield Town missed a chance to climb out of the Premier League relegation zone when they were held to a 1-1 home draw by West Ham United in an entertaining clash on Saturday.

The result left Huddersfield second-bottom on seven points from 12 games, a point behind Cardiff City, Southampton and Crystal Palace, who were later hosting Tottenham Hotspur.

Alex Pritchard gave Huddersfield a sixth-minute lead with a scuffed shot from 16 metres which somehow trickled past West Ham keeper Lukasz Fabianski before Felipe Anderson levelled for the London side with a fine 74th-minute goal.

Pritchard rued allowing West Ham to get back into the match.

It's due to be a very emotional afternoon in the East Midlands

So just under fifteen minutes until kick-off when four of the weekend's games take place.

Huddersfield and West Ham clash and the Terriers were the only side the Hammers beat twice last season, but David Wagner's side got their first win of the season on Monday and will be looking to make it tough for the visitors.

Heightened emotions will be at the fore at Leicester today against Burnley for the first home game since the tragic death of their owner Vichai Srivaddhanprabha.

Newcastle picked up their maiden win of the season last time out against Watford and will be looking to build on that success against high-flying Bournemouth.

The other game sees Watford travel to a struggling Southampton.
