Leicester have unveiled the kit in which they will look to defend their Premier League title.

The newly crowned champions today revealed their 2016/17 home strip and while most of it is familiar - club crest, shirt maker logo and mostly blue - there will be one new addition. The kit will sport a gold Premier League embellishment only reserved for the Champions.

As well as wearing the kit to defend their shock Premier League title, it will also be worn by the likes of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez (should they hold on to them) when they play in the Champions League for the first time.

Leicester City midfielder, Andy King said of the new kit: “Again, P{uma have created a kit which looks fantastic. The piping on the front and back which offers hints of gold looks great and will help us stand out on the pitch.

“We cannot wait to walk out onto the pitch in the shirt at the start of the 2016/17 Premier League season, as we defend our Premier League title.”
