It’s a big game for…

STEVEN WHITTAKER: The Norwich City right-back was given a torrid time by Georginio Wijnaldum last weekend in a performance that typified his difficult start to the season. Norwich have conceded 20 goals so far in 2015/16 and as one of the more experienced players it is Whittaker, 31, who must step up.

Best stat…

34. Only Leicester City have seen more goals in their matches than Norwich’s 34 this season. Alex Neil deserves praise for his dedication to attacking football at Carrow Road, but their goals against tally needs improving if they are to stay in the Premier League.

Remember when…

Norwich secured their Premier League survival with a 4-0 win over West Brom at Carrow Road in May 2013. Goals from Robert Snodgrass, Grant Holt, Jonny Howsen, and a Gareth McAuley own goal handed Chris Hughton’s side victory for only the second time in ten matches as Norwich limped over the finish line with 41 points.

Player to watch…

SAIDO BERAHINO: The England international has recovered from the “attitude” issues that saw Tony Pulis drop the want-away striker to the bench in August. Berahino has scored three goals in his last four matches - including winners against Sunderland and Aston Villa – and will fancy his chances against Norwich’s leaky defence.

Past three-meetings…

Norwich 0 West Brom 1 (Amalfitano), Premier League, April 2014

Norwich 3 (Jarvis, Lafferty, Pocognoli) West Brom 0, League Cup, September 2015

West Brom 0, Norwich 2 (Hooper, Fer), Premier League, December 2013

Form guide…

WEST BROM: DWLLLW
