O'Hara hopes for brighter future after giving Blackpool a tanning

Jamie O'Hara's new orange look would have made him stand out even if he had not orchestrated the battering of Blackpool which lifted Wolverhampton Wanderers out of the bottom three for the first time in five months. Yet the Blackpool manager questioned whether "shoving someone in the throat" constituted violent conduct or merited a three-match ban."He didn't punch or butt anyone," said Holloway. "If I stab you or hit you with a baseball bat, that's violent conduct. That wasn't."

Blackpool, whose own healthy glow has faded after seven points from 10 games, face Chelsea a week tonight without both their top scorer and Charlie Adam, who is also suspended.
