Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has made four changes to his Premier League title chasing side.

Spurs visit the home of rivals West Ham United knowing that a win will take them above Leicester City to top of the table.

Pochettino promised to rotate his team and has done so, even dropping talented youngster Dele Alli.

Nacer Chadli comes in for Alli, while Pochettino has changed both full backs - English pair Kyle Walker and Danny Rose are out with Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies in.

The final Spurs change sees Son Hueng-min replaced by Ryan Mason in midfield,

For West Ham there is just one change although it does mean some tactical shuffling.

Goal hero Michail Antonio, who has four in his last five, is moved to right-back with Sam Byram not fit to play.

Pedro Obiang comes into midfield for Slaven Bilic.
