Eden Hazard is seeking a move away from Chelsea to join Real Madrid, reports in France claim.

L’Equipe have reported that Hazard is not happy with life in London and in the Premier League, and the Belgian has already confided to family and friends, plus some international team-mates, that he wants to leave the club.

The report comes in the same week that Hazard seemed to 'like' a post on Instagram linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho dropped Hazard for the Blues 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday, and said afterwards it was a "tactical decision", and not because of the forward's poor form this season. He returned to the XI for the goalless draw at Dinamo Kiev in the Champions League last night.

"It was a tactical decision. We needed midfield players to be concerned with being solid," Mourinho said.

"I continue that way [leaving Hazard out] or he comes in our direction, and tries to play that way.

"I told players this is not the moment to think about personal situation, or moan, to be selfish.

"This is a moment for the team. I asked them to look at the picture in a different way. I have to try bring results back."
