Torino have thrown their hat into the ring in the race to sign Javier Hernandez, according to reports.

The Italian club sold United right-back Matteo Darmian this summer and are thought to be interested in bringing in Hernandez on loan, with a view to making the move permanent.

The 27-year-old Hernandez is in high demand, seemingly everwhere except at his own club, with Tottenham and West Ham also interested in signing 'Chicarito'.

'The Little Pea' has been at Man United since 2010, but appeared to fall out of favour with Louis van Gaal, being loaned out to Real Madrid last season.

With options open to the Mexican international, it remains to be seen where he will end up by the end of the transfer window.
