Mats winner...

Manchester United are set to make a £37m bid for Borussia Dortmund Mats Hummels, according to reports.

Bundesliga strugglers Dortmund have publicly insisted that their captain is not for sale, but German newspaper Bild report that Dortmund will accept an offer of €50m (£37m).

De Gea could leave for free...

The Daily Telegraph report that Real Madrid are considering a move to convince goalkeeper David De Gea to let his current deal expire and transfer to the Bernabeu in the summer of 2016 for free.

The Spanish goalkeeper is yet to sign a contract extension with the club.

£38m for Marquinhos...

PSG have placed a £38m price tag on defender Marquinhos, according to the Daily Express.

Last week the Brazilian defender's representative Giuliano Bertolucci said: "Last summer, PSG's president declared that Marquinhos was unsellable.

"We will see what their position is this summer.

"Many clubs are interested in the player. Manchester United are one of them, this is true."

Johnson on the move...

Stevenage defender Ryan Johnson is having a trial at United.

The Daily Mail report the 18-year-old is now joining up with United at their Carrington training complex for trials.

He became Stevenage's youngest ever debutant at the age of 17 years and 215 days.

Hernandez to leave...

Javier Hernandez could be on his way to Italian giants Lazio from Manchester United - despite the fact he isn't actually playing his football at Old Trafford.

The Mexican striker was loaned out to Real Madrid in the summer as backup for Karim Benzema, after falling down Louis van Gaal's pecking order behind the lacks of Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Radamel Falcao.

United want to cash in on Hernandez before his contract with them runs out altogether, and with Real reportedly unwilling to make the deal permanent Lazio could swoop before Monday's window shuts, according to the Daily Star.
