Chelsea fans were lamenting the potential sale of cult hero Ramires after he was strongly linked with a mammoth move to the Chinese Super League.
The Brazilian, 28, is linked with a stunning £25million move to Jiangsu Suning.
Multiple reports state that the Brazilian international has been offered a lucrative deal to join former Chelsea man Dan Petrescu, who manages the club, in China.
Since Guus Hiddink took over from Jose Mourinho in December, Ramires has found it hard to break into the Dutchman's plans.
He has started just one match since Hiddink took charge, against Scunthorpe in the FA Cup, and has been used as a sub on just two other occasions. He was an unused substitute against Watford, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion and has failed to make it onto the bench in either of the last two games against Everton and Arsenal.
Hiddink has brought John Obi Mikel back into the starting XI, making him a crucial part of a more defensive side.

Arsenal 0 Chelsea 1 player ratings Diego Costa - 8 out of 10 The striker was the centre of headlines the last time these two sides met in the season and he proved so again today. It was his run forwards that forced Mertesacker into his last-ditch tackle, for which he was sent off for, before Costa helped create and then finish off Chelsea's opening goal. Costa was impressive considering he hardly trained this week following his bruised tibia against Everton but he paid for it when he came off with an injury in the second period.

The sale of Ramires, who was signed for £19m in 2010, would not only see Chelsea make a profit, but could help the development of talented youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who has not featured much at all this season.
However, a large section of Chelsea's support do not want to see Ramires go, especially considering his status as a cult hero for that wonderful chip against Barcelona that helped send Chelsea to the 2012 Champions League final.
