German side Wolfsburg are confident that they are close to securing the signature of Chelsea's Kevin De Bruyne.
The Belgian has struggled to force his way into the first team at Stamford Bridge and now looks to be on the way out.
De Bruyne is thought to be keen on a move to the Bundesliga after enjoying a very successful loan spell at Werder Bremen last season.
According to reports in Germany, Wolfsburg are set to pay around £16.7m for the 22-year-old.
The club are currently in China on a mid-season trip, but sporting director Klaus Allofs told German broadcaster NDR: "Kevin is in Wolfsburg. We hope that everything so far is going to plan."
De Bruyne has made just six appearances for Chelsea since joining in 2012.
