Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao: Thierry Henry and Jamie Redknapp show boxers how it's done in hilarious face-off for Sky Sports
Football pundits held their own stare-down as part of Sky Sports' build-up to the showdown fight on 2 May
Floyd Mayweather meets Manny Pacquiao on 2 May in what is shaping up to be one of the biggest fights of all time. The two welterweight champions will face off in a bid to be crowned not only the WBC, WBA and WBO champion, but possibly the greatest boxer of their generation.
However, despite the intense build-up to the bout that took five years to plan, the first stare down between the two wasn’t exactly all that. A brief meeting on a stage saw no fireworks or controversy to speak of, and their face-off can be ruled an anti-climax of some sorts.
But Sky Sports have taken it into their own hands to produce what the public want to see – namely Thierry Henry vs Jamie Redknapp. The two TV pundits went toe-to-toe in the Sky studio to see who would take the bragging rights, and it was Redknapp who made the first move, eyeing up the former Arsenal striker before issuing the challenge.
“Let’s have it, big man,” Redknapp says before to two square up.
Henry responds, a faint of the head tests Redknapp’s nerve, but credit to the ex-Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder, he stands his ground and growls in response.
“I know you’re scared,” says Henry, waiting for his opponent to crack.

That’s about as far as the tensions go though, as both men promptly crack up and step away in a fit of laughter.
It’s safe to assume Maywether v Pacquiao won’t end in the same way.
Sky Sports Boxing are asking people to film their own head to heads to celebrate Manny and Money finally fighting. Simply film your own and then nominate someone else to do the same before sharing it with the hashtag #H2H
