England vs Italy player ratings: Jonny May and Ben Youngs shine in final World Cup warm-up match
A player-by-player look at the two teams
England ended their World Cup preparations with a comfortable 37-0 win over Italy at St James' Park on Friday night.
Eddie Jones' men made a tentative start to the warm-up, with the hosts struggling to break down their Italian opponents.
Come the half-time whistle, it was Owen Farrell's boot which separated the two teams, the fly-half having kicked three penalties to put his side 9-0 up.
But after the break England found their rhythm to pull ahead with ease. Tries from Ben Youngs, Joe Marchant, Ellis Genge and Anthony Watson saw Jones' side make sure of the win.
