Andy Murray is into the last four at Queens following a 6-4 7-6 (7-3) victory over Benjamin Becker.

Murray breezed through the first set against his 31=-year-old German opponent however in the second the world number two found things tougher going.

Becker, a player ranked 105 in the world who has never progressed beyond the third round of a Grand Slam, increased his level of play as the match went on and was able to force a tie-break in the second set.

Yet Murray was able to dispatch him and will now play either Jo-Wilfried Tsonga or Denis Kudla tomorrow for a place in the final of the Aegon Championships.
