It's all about getting snug at the Harcourt Arms. There are soft sofas, embracing armchairs and rich rugs all over the public areas, and soft carpets keep the property feeling cosy. It all feels quite farmhouse, with plenty of leather and natural wood, and unusual antique artworks on the walls offer intriguing diversions.

Staff at the Harcourt Arms are a joy to interact with, offering smiles, jokes and a casual but personal service. The hotel offers room service for anyone wishing to dine in their bedroom, and they'll offer tips for local walks and things to do. There's a small shop in the car park selling local produce, too.
