Glamping at its best, Tom's Eco Lodge offers you the chance to experience the joys of camping without the hassle, with a mixture of five luxurious Safari Tents, two well-appointed cabins and two cosy pods each nestled in the glorious surroundings of Tapnell Farm on the Isle of Wight (it’s the sister business of Tapnell Farm Cottages).

The safari tents offer accommodation for up to eight people and offer year-round glamping, with central heating and insulation to keep you nice and warm in the winter. Each cabin has its own west-facing terrace to soak up the afternoon sun and capture the spectacular sunsets, and comes complete with a spacious dining room, cosy beds with electric blanket (including bunk beds and cabin beds for the kids), hot showers and a flushing loo – plus a log burning oven and a firepit to roast your marshmallows. There are also picnic tables, a communal pizza oven and lawned area for games. On a clear day you can see down to the north coast, while a long-distance footpath passes right through the grounds.

The cabins sleep up to 10 people, while the pods are perfect for a couple, or snug for a family of four, with a double bed and a sofa bed. Each is fully insulated and has central heating, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette and decked barbecue area. No need to venture outside when nature calls – each also has its own private shower room.

All in all, the perfect place for a glamping holiday on the Isle of Wight.
