Work Wonders: Inside the live music venue that is thriving post-pandemic

The Future Yard music venue, in Birkenhead, opened its doors to the public in March 2020, just two weeks before the UK was plunged into the coronavirus lockdown.

“That was the biggest challenge anyone could ever have faced” says co-founders Chris Torpey and Craig Pennington of Future Yard.

But fast forward 18 months and Future Yard is thriving both as a venue and community asset for the Merseyside town.

Independent TV visited Future Yard to explore how technology has propelled them to success.
