There are currently 49 people in England and Wales serving time in prison who will never be released and today the European Court of Human Rights will rule on the sentence they are serving is a breach of their rights.

The court is specifically ruling on the cases of convicted murderers Jeremy Bamber (pictured), Peter Moore and Douglas Vinter, who argue that being denied any prospect of release is "inhuman and degrading". What do you think?
