Where do I enter my H&M discount code?

  • Click the code you would like to use and copy it. 
  • You will then be sent to the correct page where you can shop from. 
  • When you have placed everything in your basket, head to checkout. 
  • Review your items and on the right-hand side you will see ‘Add a discount code’.

Is there a H&M student discount?

At the moment the retailer isn't offering a student discount, but if that should change you will of course find the deal right here. Whilst you wait, why not shop in big seasonal sales which can offer up to 70% off or use our H&M discount codes.

What is the H&M returns policy?

H&M members can now benefit from free returns, and those who are not registered will have £1.99 deducted from their refund. Returns should be made within 28 days of receiving your parcel, and you should complete the slip included. You can choose to send it via Evri or Royal Mail, with full instructions being available on the website. Once received, you can expect a refund within 14 days.

How do I contact H&M customer services?

You can call the H&M customer service team on 0344 736 9000 Monday to Friday 8am till 9pm, Saturday 9am until 6pm and on a Sunday 9am till 5pm. You can also connect on social media or by using the live chat, which is open 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on the weekend.
