Letter: Copyright law and 'Dianagate' tapes
Sir: Susan Aslan's advice on the status of the 'Dianagate' tapes (letter, 28 August) is not quite correct. Recorded spoken words are protected by copyright only if they possess sufficient literary merit. It is unlikely that the taped conversations pass this test.
