  • The David Bowie Centre, a new attraction from London's Victoria and Albert Museum, has opened its archive to the public.
  • Located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the archive contains 90,000 items detailing Bowie's career, including outfits, lyrics, and songs.
  • A newly unearthed "Memo for radio show – list of favourite records" reveals Bowie's preferred tracks by artists such as Jeff Beck, The Beatles, and Sonic Youth.
  • It was also discovered that Bowie was secretly working on a musical titled The Spectator, set in 18th century East London.
  • Notes for The Spectator, found after his death in 2016, indicate the musical explored the relationship between art and politics in London.
