A misconduct report into Gregg Wallace, the former MasterChef host, upheld 45 of 83 allegations against him, including unwelcome physical contact and inappropriate sexual language.
The BBC has apologised for Wallace's behaviour, admitting that "opportunities were missed to address" it sooner.
Wallace denies the most serious claims, stating the report 'exonerates' him, but apologised for inappropriate language and humour used between 2005 and 2018.
He attributed his behaviour to a recent autism diagnosis, claiming TV bosses failed to investigate his disability or protect him.
Disability charities and experts have criticised Wallace's attempt to link his alleged misconduct with his autism diagnosis, stating that neurodiversity is not an excuse for inappropriate behaviour.
