Meghan Markle’s new show slammed as ‘an exercise in narcissism’
Meghan corrects Mindy Kaling for using Markle instead of royal surname
Meghan Markle's new Netflix lifestyle series, With Love, Meghan, has been met with overwhelmingly negative reviews, being described as “gormless”, “pointless” and an “exercise in narcissism”.
The eight-part series features the Duchess of Sussex sharing lifestyle tips, cooking with celebrity friends, and offering glimpses into her family life.
Critics have ridiculed various moments in the show, including Meghan referring to a cake as “she” before saying “Good night sweetheart” as she puts it in the oven.
The series is considered a crucial moment for the Sussexes' partnership with Netflix, following their controversial documentary Harry & Meghan.
Meghan's lifestyle brand, formerly known as American Riviera Orchard, has been renamed "As Ever" and now includes Netflix as a partner.
