Ozzy Osbourne's posthumous memoir, "Last Rites", details his severe health battles, including Parkinson's disease, sepsis, blood clots, emphysema, and multiple bouts of pneumonia.
The Black Sabbath frontman died aged 76 in July, with his official cause of death including acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction.
Prior to his last performance at Villa Park in Birmingham, Osbourne suffered a back injury and pneumonia, leading to an operation and a life-threatening sepsis infection.
Due to his debilitating health, he was forced to perform his final concert from a large black throne.
Ozzy Osbourne wrote he was blown away by the crowd and number of viewers online, stating “I’d never really taken it on board that so many people liked me” .
