Edwards became aware of the pregnancy late and fell ill during rehearsals, with a hospital scan indicating she might lose the baby.
She described the day she was told she might lose the baby as "the worst day of my life," ultimately losing the baby at around 24 weeks.
This was Edwards' second miscarriage, having previously suffered a very early loss during her first pregnancy before welcoming her son Axel in 2021.
The later miscarriage was particularly difficult due to the preparations she had made, and she received distressing messages about her "bump" after the loss.
