Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa teases he ‘might’ come back to BBC show if he could face-off against iconic villain
Russell T Davies, the showrunner for Doctor Who, has stated that his legacy will be defined by his queer-themed projects rather than the popular BBC science-fiction series.
Davies explained that he does not "own" Doctor Who and his heart remains with the works he created, such as Queer As Folk, Cucumber, and It's a Sin.
He considers his upcoming series, Tip Toe, a suburban thriller set in Manchester's Gay Village, to be the "strongest thing" he has ever written.
