The worst long-haul airline has been named in a new survey. Do you agree?

British Airways ranked last among long-haul airlines in a Which? customer satisfaction Survey, receiving a score of 62%.
The airline received two out of five stars in categories like value for money, seat comfort, and cabin environment.
BA also experienced high last-minute cancellations, around 2% within 24 hours of departure, according to CAA data.
One customer reported a nine-week wait for a refund after a cancelled flight.
Ryanair scored lowest for short-haul airlines with 49%, receiving only one star for food and drink, seat comfort, and boarding.
