  • WWE icon John Cena has revealed he has been diagnosed with skin cancer twice.
  • He said he didn’t wear sunscreen while growing up because there was less awareness around skin cancer and he believed he wouldn’t be affected.
  • He discovered the cancer during a dermatological checkup, where a cancerous spot was removed from his chest, followed by a second spot on his shoulder a year later.
  • Mr Cena has partnered with Neutrogena to promote sunscreen use and emphasise the importance of skin safety.
  • He is also encouraging people to get regular skin checkups.
