  • Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York praised Charlie Kirk as a "modern day St Paul" during an appearance on Fox & Friends.
  • The archbishop described Kirk, who was killed in Utah last week at the age of 31, as "pretty blunt and direct" but noted he always spoke to opponents with respect.
  • Cardinal Dolan lauded Kirk as a "missionary, an evangelist, [and] a hero".
  • He further stated that Kirk understood the meaning of "the truth will set you free".
