  • Sir Chris, who received his terminal diagnosis in 2024 with a prognosis of two to four years, has launched a fitness partnership to support this cause.
  • The partnership, involving PureGym, The Institute of Cancer Research, and the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, aims to encourage greater activity among men with prostate cancer.
  • It will provide men with advanced prostate cancer on hormone therapy a free one-year PureGym membership and a structured exercise programme.
  • Regular exercise can significantly alleviate severe side effects of hormone therapy and potentially improve cancer outcomes.
