  • The White House has unveiled a 20-point peace plan aimed at immediately ending the conflict in Gaza.
  • The proposal includes an immediate ceasefire, the return of all hostages in Gaza within 72 hours, and the release of Palestinian prisoners.
  • Gaza would be overseen by a temporary technocratic Palestinian administration, excluding Hamas, with Israel committing not to annex the territory.
  • An international 'Board of Peace', chaired by Donald Trump and including Tony Blair, would supervise Gaza's redevelopment.
  • Benjamin Netanyahu has accepted the framework, while Hamas indicated it would analyse the proposal “in good faith”.
