The protest featured Trump impersonators, Palestine flags, and chants such as "Free Palestine" and "Donald Trump, you’re a clown. You’re not welcome in our town."
Organised by the Stop Trump Coalition, the march saw MPs Zarah Sultana and Jeremy Corbyn speak, with over 1,600 police officers deployed across the city.
While Trump was engaged in official duties at Windsor Castle, a YouGov poll revealed 45 per cent of Britons believed his invitation was wrong, with only 19 per cent holding a favourable view of him.
The atmosphere was largely upbeat with costumes and caricatures, though minor clashes occurred with pro-Trump individuals, requiring police intervention.
