Flexible working, increased sick pay, and pension contributions are the most sought-after benefits for jobseekers.
However, employers are not meeting these demands, according to a Totaljobs study.
While 40 per cent of prospective employees prioritise flexible hours, only 13 per cent of job postings mention it.
Similarly, 25 per cent of jobseekers want better sick pay, but only 4 per cent of adverts offer it.
The study highlights a disconnect between employer offerings and jobseeker expectations, urging companies to adapt their benefits packages to attract talent.
